Refund Policy

We have a 14 days guaranteed return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@othami.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to comment and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you are the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Trades

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send the refund.
